The Mend will light up Luton for Christmas
A hot new boyband who are tipped to be the next big thing will be peforming at the Lighting Up Luton For Christmas event on November 18.
Britain’s Got Talent finalists The Mend will be joined by Heart FM breakfast hosts to turn on the lights.
The show will take place in Smiths Square between 3.30pm and 5pm, followed by a lantern parade from Market Hill to the Town Hall where revellerse will be joined by Father CHristmas, Scooby-Doo and The Mall Monster.
The Mend lead singer Craig Worsley said: “We are really excited to be a part of the Christmas Light Switch On at The Mall Luton this year. We hope that lots of christmas shoppers will be joining us in the celebrations – it is going to be an amazing event not to be missed!”
Children are also invited to visit Santa at his Grotto in The Mall, Central Square between 2pm and 5pm, to receive their special Christmas gift.
