Dog-tired of fighting to wash your pup at home?
Well, look no further than the new Self Service Dog Wash sharing its water and shampoo at Woodside Animal Farm, in Caddington.
Innovative Luton businesswoman Diana Pulford, 48, who used to be a manager for NTL, has swapped her suit for a shower in the fresh business venture.
The do-it-yourself service will make it very easy to pamper your pooch, and pet owners will be able to bath their dogs using purpose-built equipment - with no hassle, mess, or cleaning up afterwards.
Diana, who lives in Stopsley, said: "I thought, you take your car to a car wash, why not take your dog to a dog wash? It's innovative, it's so different. It's not sending your dog to the dog groomer, it's doing it yourself at a much lesser cost."
The Self Service Dog Wash, which opens on Saturday, July 21, is the first of its ilk in Bedfordshire and Diana believes it could be the pioneer in England too.
