Hatters rated
Mark Tyler: 7.5 – Talked to his defenders well, great catches and no chance with the goal.
Keith Keane: 5 – Completely out of sorts. Nothing came off for him, but he'll bounce back.
Jake Howells: 7 – Maturing all the time and didn't look out of place at all.
Alan White: 6 – Steady showing from the big man, who possesses the muscle Luton need.
George Pilkington: 7 – Calm and composed, the former Valiant is a class act.
Asa Hall: 6 – Faded in and out of the game, needs to grab the action with both hands.
Kevin Nicholls: 7 – His range of passing was excellent. Now it's time to tune that engine.
Adam Newton: 6 – Full of endeavour and running, but didn't beat his man often enough.
Andy Burgess: 7 – Looks a class act. Great control and a good size for a winger.
Tom Craddock: 8 – A constant menace. The boy was born to bang in the goals.
Liam Hatch: 7.5 – A wonderful foil for Tom Craddock, the pair will be a formidable force in the Conference.
Lewis Emanuel (sub): 5 – Welcome return to Kenilworth Road, but looked a little behind the others in terms of preparation.
Ian Roper (sub): 5.5 – Not the most mobile of men, but his size stands him in good stead.
George Beavan (sub): 5 – Dependable and reliable, but nothing spectacular from the youngster.
Ed Asafu-Adjaye (sub): 6 – Enlivened the Town when he came on and gives Luton an attacking mentality from full-back.
Claude Gnakpa (sub): 6 – Strong and powerful. Looking more like the player we saw the beginning of last season.
Adam Watkins (sub): 5.5 – The newest product off the youth conveyor belt looked for the ball and put in some good defensive work.
Kevin Gallen (sub): 5.5 – Works best in a three-man attack and should have scored with a second-half header.
Drew Talbot (sub): 6 – Full of running, but his finishing once again let him down.
