Luton Town have taken their number of new signings into double figures after adding two more to the eight already confirmed.
Bristol Rovers' Welsh U19 international striker Josh Klein-Davies, 19, has joined on a month's loan, while manager Mick Harford also confirmed that the club have agreed terms to sign Colchester United midfielder Kevin Watson, who had been on trial at Kenilworth Road during pre-season, on a permanent deal.
Meanwhile, young Norwich City centre-half Michael Spillane's season-long loan move from Carrow Road is expected to be ratified by the Football League this afternoon.
The capture of Spillane will take the number of loan signings up to four, after striker Chris Martin, also from Norwich, and young winger Tristan Plummer, on a month's loan from Bristol City, had already been confirmed by the club.
Hatters boss Harford said he is delighted to have been finally able to sign players, following a hellish nine months in administration, saying: "It has been difficult, we were down to about seven or eight contracted players and were basically at the mercy of the Football League, because everything had to be sanctioned by them.
"But, thankfully, we've got ourselves into a position now where we'll have a team for tomorrow.
"I've got to say, in all fairness to the players, they've shown great commitment and a great attitude for the past four or five weeks, when they've been training with us, without a contract.
"They have shown great spirit and great togetherness and it must have been difficult for them, not knowing if the promise of a contract was actually going to be there.
"And for that, I take my hat off to those players who have stood by us and, are now officially Luton Town players."
Harford also expressed his gratitude to the clubs who have agreed to help the Hatters with loan players.
He said: "It's been really gratifying, the whole community and the football world are very sympathetic towards our cause.
"Obviously, sympathy doesn't win you football matches, but the likes of Glenn Roeder and Gary Johnson have been helpful in lending us these players and, hopefully, it will help get us out of the trouble we're in."
