Messages are pressed home by notices at Town's training ground

Luton Town players are having everything encouraged in training reinforced by a series of posters around their Ely Way base.

Manager Richard Money instituted the technique when he took over.
One of the signs reads, "Making a mistake or losing the ball is not a problem. Doing nothing about it is."

And the Hatters boss was keen for his players to take on board the messages that are dotted around Town's training base.

Money said: "It's nothing new. It's the normal stuff I've taken to every club.

"Most of the clubs I've been to have had something similar.

"They are just little reminders to the players to reinforce our beliefs and culture."

He also revealed that targets are being said in a bid to grow the winning mentality at Kenilworth Road as the Hatters target a return to the Football League.

On any other techniques he has introduced, Money added: "We've set goals both for individuals and the team and we've talked about how we are going to achieve those goals.

"If that's new, which I doubt, I've been very keen to do that."
