Asda Ace Hayley McNulty, 40, is having her head shaved to raise money for the company’s Tickled Pink campaign, which supports Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.
Hayley, from Round Green, works at the Wigmore store where the big chop will take place on Saturday (September 19) at 12 noon.
The cause is close to her heart because one of her sister’s friends died of the disease.
Asda community life champion Amanda Burnham said: “She’s already been sponsored by lots of colleagues as well as friends and family.
“Hayley’s giving up herlovely hair to raise money for Tickled Pink and we’re hoping lots of customers will get behind her exceptionally good deed.”
Tickled Pink has raised £43 million over the past 18 years. Customers can get involved by making a donation online or buying special products in store.
