Janet Brownjohn, of Rothesay Nursery School, said: “The boys and girls are over the moon with the delivery of the play houses and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Amazon in Hemel Hempstead for this kind support.”

The nursery received the donation after being nominated by Amazon site team member Marcin Sztyrbicki, whose son goes to Rothesay.

Lorenzo Barbo, the site’s general manager, said: “At Amazon, we are passionate about helping the community around us and when we learned that the boys and girls at Rothesay needed some new toys, we were keen to help them with a donation.

“The team from Amazon in Hemel Hempstead really enjoyed visiting the school this week and I hope the boys and girls have a great time playing with their new play houses.”
