A Luton mum is angry and hurt after her three-year-old son was refused a haircut.
Samantha Morgan, 40, of Hurst Way in Luton usually takes three-year-old Archie – who has born three months premature and who has duplication syndrome in addition to autism – to Razors in Houghton Regus.
But on Friday she decided to go to Cuts@210 Barbers in Marsh Road because it was closer.
She said: “James had to go out and I explained to his assistant that Archie was autistic and would have to sit on my knee, otherwise he would get upset and start screaming.
“The assistant refused, unless Archie sat on a chair on his own.”
Samantha, who has three other children, then went to Asian Coiffure round the corner where they were happy to cut her son’s hair while he sat on her knee.
