Homeless charity NOAH Enterprise is to benefit from a ‘Dustbin Drive’ by staff at Pictons law firm.
They’ve been encouraged to bring in good quality clothing and bric-a-brac to place in branded NOAH bins in the reception area.
Managing partner Sukh Saini said: “NOAH does fantastic work in Luton and we are more than happy to support them in this fundraising drive.
“Our staff are always generous with charity initiatives and we’ve already collected several bins of good quality items which can be resold at one of NOAH’s three stores in Luton and Bedford, raising vital funds.”
NOAH’s head of training and employment, Warren Edwards, said: “Our welfare service provides food, clothing, medical and dental care.
“We also give outreach support and run training courses in basic life skills and employable crafts, providing an opportunity for our people and others who are long-term unemployed to gain work experience.” He added: “We are so grateful to companies like Pictons who give us tremendous support. We’re seeking to build similar partnerships with other local businesses.”
