Double accolade

A RESIDENTIAL property management company based in Luton has won a brace of accolades.

OM Property Management’s 124-strong customer service team, headed by Tracey McCabe, won the Customer Service Award at trade paper News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.

For 11 years Tracey has set out to improve the company’s customer service. She has received plaudits from across the business for her leadership skills and for introducing a new 12 week training programme.

OM Property Management’s MD, Adam Cooper, and the e-business team based in Marlborough House, Wigmore Place, Wigmore Lane. were highly commended in the Website of the Year category.

The site www.ompropertymanagement.co.uk includes real time updates and gives customers the chance to influence the choice of contractors used by the company.
