‘House builders are back’

Three prime sites with planning permission for new homes have been bought by house builder Taylor Wimpey. The land includes 36 house plots on old allotment land off Birchen Grove, in Stopsley, 64 plots rear of the new Holiday Inn Hotel, London Road, Dunstable and 118 plots on former commercial site near Stotfold. Connells’ senior land director Martin Payne said: “House builders are firmly back in the market for land.”
