Grants for animal rescue groups

It has recently revamped its financial aid scheme which now allows any charity re-homing animals to apply for the £50,000, Wishlist or Helping Paws awards.

The £50,000 grant is intended for rescues looking to carry out large capital projects, such as new or refurbishment accommodation or vet centres.

The Wishlist enables charities to buy much-needed items to ensure pets in their care are happy and comfortable.

The Helping Paws award is open to those which need essential equipment to help with the day-to-day running of their rescue.
