Cocaine and cannabis seized by police after St Peter’s Road raid

A 48-year-old woman and a 16-year-old youth were both arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

Both have now been released on police bail pending further investigation.

Speaking after the raid, Detective Constable Craig Gurr, said: “Beds Police is committed to cracking down on those who deal in illegal drugs activities. These people are often involved in other types of crime and by disrupting their behaviour we are able to help reduce crime in an area.

“We would welcome any information from the public in connection with those that deal in drugs and would reassure the public that all information is used and is kept confidentially.”
