Could wanted man be in Luton?
Police are appealing for help to trace a man, believed to have connections to Luton, who is wanted in Norwich.
Kenneth Martin, aged 35, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the terms of his license.
Anyone who may have seen Kenneth Martin, or knows of his whereabouts, should contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
