Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman in Luton last Wednesday (September 2).

The woman was walking along a path in Dorset Court when the offender exposed himself to her.

The man is described as black, approximately 5’11”, in his twenties, and of average build.

He was believed to be wearing a light grey and white, striped, hooded top, dark jeans, and a black padded jacket.

Sergeant Richard Cunningham said: “This was a distressing incident for the victim and is completely unacceptable, not to mention illegal, behaviour.
