A driver is appealing for help in finding the car that was involved in an incident with her car on Leagrave High Street, on Friday, October 16.

Bedfordshire Police were called shortly before 5,30pm, to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.

A spokesperson for the force said: “A vehicle described as a blue Peugeot collided with a white Vauxhall Corsa, before leaving the scene.

“One woman was treated by the ambulance service and was not thought to be seriously injured.”

Officers conducted a search for the vehicle but were unable to find it.

The driver of the Corsa is hoping that someone knows the person that owns the car, she said: “The Peugeot was badly damaged at the front. Is it parked up near you?

“Part of the front of the car was still in the back of mine.

“A reward will be offered to anyone who provides information leading to a successful prosecution.”
