Engineering Real Results won two gold awards at the E-Learning Awards in Westminster earlier this month.

The learning establishment, based on Collingdon Street, focuses on kick-starting the country’s construction industry.

The company, which has fast tracked building students into work, also won two silver and one bronze award.

The awards were presented by comedian Phil Jupitus, it won gold awards for the Best Simulation Or Virtual Environment and Best E-Learning Project, silver for Best Use Of Blended Learning and E-Learning Age Outstanding Learning Organisation award and a bronze award for Most Innovative New Learning Product.

Ricky Sharma, managing director of Engineering Real Results, said: “Winning these awards against such major organisations is a really big accolade for our company and proves that going back to the future is right for our students.

“Sometimes in the business of education it makes sense to look at the history books.

“In that way the mists of time shift and you can see where you are really going.

“And that is exactly what we did. We reached back in time to create a state-of-the-art learning experience.

“By reducing the time taken away from the office, removing travel costs and doing away with printed materials, online learning helps you to save money and increase workplace productivity.”

The gold award courses are in plumbing, electrics, gas-fitting and renewable energy.
