Top model is in the grand final

AN aspiring model has made it to the final of a nationwide competition.
Elizabeth Haruna, from Luton, beat more than 1,000 other entrants in the Top Model UK and will now compete in a fashion show grand finale on March 16.
The public can vote for their favourite model prior to the live final, with all money raised from texts going to charities Children with Cancer UK and Great Ormond Street Charity.
Elizabeth, 27, said: “I’ve always supported Great Ormond Street so I’m thrilled the voting money is going towards them. I’d love support from the Luton community, if they could vote for me on Facebook that would be brilliant.”
All models were asked to find an individual sponsor for the competition, and Elizabeth is being sponsored by Luster Products Inc.
Elizabeth said: “I’ve used Luster Products all my life as I naturally have an afro and my family all use them too so I was delighted when they said they’d sponsor me.”
In the final fashion show, Elizabeth and the other finalists will wear pre-fitted designer outfits in a choreographed runway show.
