Farley Junior school remembers the men and women that served in the World Wars as part of a special project to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War. The pupils have been creating art work in the form of giant wooden poppies which have been planted outside the school.

They also purchased a ceramic poppy from the Tower of London.
