Luton student Jordan Bradley (above) still can’t believe he’s made it to the Open Mic UK Grand Final.
But he’ll be heading up the M1 on Saturday to the NEC in Birmingham for one of the most prestigious events in any aspiring musical performer’s calendar.
The talented 20-year-old singer songwriter from Warden Hill admits to being nervous “in a good sort of way” but says he’s also incredibly excited about the opportunity it offers.
“The experience of appearing in that venue is amazing,” he said. “But the top prize for me is the exposure to the industry and performing in front of such successful people.”
Jordan – who’s at Brighton Institute of Modern Music – will be singing one of his own compositions, Twisted Love.

Luton songbird Kerry Geoge, 27, has also won a place in the final after overcoming a serious illness that looked like cutting short her career.
