Hatters were knocked out of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy on Tuesday night after a 2-1 defeat at League One Gillingham.
John Still’s side had gone in front momenets before half time when Cameron McGeehan stooped to head in Dan Potts’ cross for his fifth goal of the season.
However, in the second period, Max Ehmer levelled for Gills, while they won it late on through substitute Bradley Dack.
