Young Luton boxer Jordan Reynolds, who has just won his first English title, is aiming to be at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

The former Barnfield South student said: “My career is going to plan and I’m really excited about 2016 – this is a big year for me.

“I’m probably too young to be selected for Rio in June as there are other older boxers ahead of me but by 2020 I’ll be more mature with at least 100 fights to my name and more titles.”

Jordan, 20, of Farley Hill is being sponsored for the fifth year running by Pictons Solicitors.

He said: “I can’t thank them and my other sponsors enough because without their unfailing support I wouldn’t have the career I’ve always dreamed of.”

The middleweight maestro will defend his English title in Luton in February after being voted King of the Ring in Sweden recently.
