Cars worth £136K stolen from dealer

editorial image

Two brand new unregistered cars valued at £68,000 each were stolen from a car dealership in Luton on Saturday night (October 20).

The dark grey Toyota Land Cruiser V8s were taken from Steven Eagle Toyota in Latimer Road between 5pm on October 20 and 10.30am on October 21.

Neither car was registered so did not have number plates.

It is believed the offenders used an angle grinder to gain entry to the compound via the gates in Oxford Road.

They then removed the vehicles by unknown means as both keys were locked inside the showroom.
