Cheetah cubs play in the snow for the first time

Whipsnade Zoo’s six adventurous cheetah cubs saw snow for the first time in their lives this morning (December 5).

Mum Dubai watched on proudly as the animals moved around inquisitively in the snow – which they would not have seen in Africa, to where cheetahs are native.

The six-month-old cubs are no strangers to new experiences as they played with pumpkins for the first time this Halloween.

Also enjoying the frosty weather this morning were onagers, wallabies, penguins, and reindeer.
