Don’t miss your chance to sign up for this year’s On Your Marks fun run in aid of the Luton & Dunstable Hospital’s baby care unit.

The run, organised by Boxfit Luton, takes place in little over a week – on October 7 – with all proceeds going to the L&D’s neonatal intensive care unit.

As well as the 10km race this year, there’s a distance for all the family with a 5km and 2km race all starting at Vauxhall Recreation Centre.

There will also be lots going on for both children and adults at the event sponsored by A Plan Insurance, Bartham Press and Diverse FM, including sports massage, hot drinks and face painting.

Volunteers are also needed on the day to assist with jobs such as marshalling, handing out water and medals so if you are able to help call 01582 718289.

The Luton & Dunstable Hospital’s NICU which cares for 900 sick or premature babies every year.
