Ferret fun for a good cause

Furry good fun promised at charity night

And now for something completely different . . . how about live ferret racing? All in a good cause, of course – in this case motor neurone disease.

The entertaining evening with tote-style betting takes place from 7pm on Friday October 8 at Stopsley Working Men's Club.

The MNDA Luton & South Beds branch is looking for race sponsors as well as ferret fanciers keen to 'own' one of the creatures for the night.

They're also hoping the event will be well attended.
