A new ‘music education hub’ run by Luton Borough Council will give all children in the town the chance to learn a musical instrument.

Music service head Graham Bland said: “Music is very important in most young people’s lives, and we are determined to work together with our partners to bring the joy of music making to as many of them as we can.”
