#whatsyour262 could be a hula hoop for 26.2 minutes, or a short story with 262 words. From sports to arts and crafts, the idea is that anyone can sign up as an individual or group to take part.

Signposts have been supporting homeless people for 30 years, and are known for their valuable volunteer contribution at many of Luton’s events.

Friends of Signposts have been getting creative.

Linda Scanlan, of Stopsley Striders, will be running the 26.2 miles of the London Marathon. Chenz Elderton is taking part in the Tough Mudder and looking to raise £262. Niki Weston has signed up and committed to do one hour of exercise each day for 26 days, Jacob Freckleton will be baking 26.2 chocolate brownies and Matt (Signposts client) will be looking at novel ways of using language.

Signposts is organising litter picking in 26 places with the next on Tuesday, April 12 and Tuesday, April 19.
