Guilty plea for plumbing offences

A property developer was fined £2467.50 after pleading guilty to six offences of unauthorised plumbing before Luton Magistrates Court.

Polychronis Tsiligkeridis made an unauthorised connection to a mains water pipe and internal plumbing defects at a property development in Hitchin Road.

Tsiligkeridis had applied to the court in January for an earlier conviction relating to the same offences to be overturned on the basis he had not received the summons. He subsequently attended the hearing on March 4 and was prosecuted by Affinity Water Ltd.
