A SPONSORED bike ride or hike between historic churches will help raise cash for their upkeep.
Cash from the event on Saturday, September 8, will go to the Beds and Herts Historic Churches Trust to help upkeep them.
Walkers and cyclists can go between more than 600 churches and chapels across the counties during the 10am to 6pm event.
Andy Fisher, 51, of Halwick Close, Hemel Hempstead, will be taking part.
He said: “It raises awareness of the buildings and their beauty.”
