Luton's worst singers needed for charity challenge
Woeful warblers to perform in live concert after a week of vocal work
Luton's worst singers will have just one week to go from tonedeaf to tuneful when they become stars of the stage in a charity challenge organised by Luton Gospel Community Choir.
Wannabe warblers will spend a week working with the choir to be transformed from hopeless to harmonious for I Can't Sing To Save My Life... But I'll Do It For Charity.

At the end of the week, their dramatic improvement will be showcased during a concert in Stopsley, which will also feature Grammy-nominated American writer and producer Roger Ryan.
Families, friends and colleagues can nominate and sponsor someone who can't sing a note, with money going to the Pasque Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Care Luton and ADRA-UK, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency.
Or people whose singing is a crime can sign themselves up for rehabilitation.
The end-of-week concert will be recorded live for the Luton Gospel Community Choir DVD and CD.
Earlier this year the choir went on ITV's Fortune: Million Pound Giveaway and won a 27,000 grant to produce a CD by impressing a panel of five millionaires: Kanya King, Jeffrey Archer, Duncan Bannatyne, Jacqueline Gold and Simon Jordan.
Now everyone - even people who can't sing - can get a taste of what gospel music is all about during a week of events including professional voice coaching and workshops.
The week kicks off on Saturday, October 20 at 4pm, with a free workshop for anyone who wants to find out more about the production and arrangement of gospel music.
Every evening from Sunday, October 21 to Friday, October 26 from 7pm to 9pm the choir will rehearse and anyone who would like to join in is welcome to come along.
There will be vocal training on Sunday, October 21 from 3pm to 6pm with professional voice coach Mark De Lisser.
An expressive movement workshop using flags and streamers will be held from 6pm to 7pm from Monday, October 22 to Friday, October 26.
The finale concert will be held at Stopsley Baptist Church on Saturday, October 27 at 7pm. Tickets cost 5.
Anyone who wants to take part in I Can't Sing to Save My Life should register online by Monday, October 15.
