A GROUP of teens threatened to stab a 22-year-old man as they stole his mobile phone, iPod and cash in Wardown Park, Luton, on Thursday (June 14).
The incident happened at around 6.25pm when the 22-year-old male victim was walking through the park, close to the lake, and listening to his iPod. The victim was approached by three males who surrounded him, threatened to stab him before searching his pockets. As well as his iPod and phone, the offenders removed £15 from the wallet and threw it back at the victim before forcing him to walk in the opposite direction as they made off towards the mini golf course.
The first offender is described as being a black male, aged between 16 and 18, of slim build, with short hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a dark grey hooded top with the hood pulled up and dark navy jeans.
The second offender was of Asian appearance, aged between 16 and 18, chubby, clean shaven and wearing a light burgundy hooded top with the hood up.
The third offender was also of Asian appearance, between 16 and 18 years old, short and of medium build.
