Halfords Auto Centre is joining forces with Operation Vision to help reduce vehicle crime.

Motorists will be able to get their catalytic converters security marked at an event at the company’s Windmill Trading Estate store tomorrow (February 21) between 10am and 1pm.

They will also collect a free property marking kit, have their number plates secured with tamper-proof screws and receive crime reduction advice.

Police spokesperson Izzy Stone said: “I hope as many people as possible take advantage of this free service.”
