Luton's newest hotel is now open
Hilton Garden Inn opened its doors in Luton on Tuesday - the first of its kind on British soil.
The 157-bedroom hotel, in Butterfield Business Park, is a popular brand in the USA but this will be the first one in the UK.
Built in a striking V shape, guests are welcomed into the hotel with a lobby lounge featuring a library and fireplace.
Facilities include Garden Sleep System beds, free WiFi in guestrooms and public areas, complimentary gym, a restaurant and kitchen, bar with plasma screen television, plus a 24-hour shop offering a selection of healthy snacks, delicious ready made meals, and beverages.
Rooms feature spacious work desks, air conditioning and LCD satellite television, plus a hospitality centre with a mini refrigerator and kettle.
