TRAVEL ALERT: Midland Road closed
Urgent repairs to be carried out
A section of Midland Road in Luton has been closed today (December 30) following a major deterioration in the road surface between Dudley Street and Hitchin Road.
Motorists are being diverted along Dudley Street, Wenlock Street, Havelock Road and Hightown Road.
A spokesman for Luton Borough Council said: "Arrangements are being made to carry out urgent repairs on 31 December. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
