Two charged with drug offences

Two men have been charged with drugs offences following a number of arrests in Luton yesterday (January 23).

Gary Stanbridge, 52, of Eastcott Close is charged with supplying class A drugs, and John Morris, 38, of Dale Road, is charged with supplying class A drugs and handling stolen goods.

Mr Morris will appear at Luton Magistrates Court today while Mr Stanbridge is on conditional bail to appear at the same court on February 11.

Three other men and a woman arrested yesterday have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.

Anyone who has information about drug dealing can contact the police directly via the non-emergency 24-hour number 101, or text the force control room on 07786 200011. You can still receive a cash reward, even if you don’t give your name.
