Staff from Nisa Local put on their Christmas jumpers and got in the festive spirit on Friday to raise money for ITV’s charity appeal Text Santa.

Santa made a visit to the Lewsey Farm convenience store and gave out presents to the children.

Scott Jell, store manager, said: “We do the Christmas fun day every year for the children, it is always a fun day, we have carol singers, food and Santa gives presents to the children.

“This year we decided to support Text Santa, we raised £65 for the three charities.

“We would like to thank our customers for their donations, the money is going to three great charities that help a lot of people.”

The money raised goes to Macmillan Cancer Support, Make A Wish and Save The Children.
