The presenter has walked 262 miles down the country, to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, he said: “Today is the penultimate day, from Luton to Watford, about 27 or 28 miles.

“The march is going well today, a lot better than yesterday when we had to battle with storm Katie, the rain and wind was horrendous.

“The aim of the march was to raise awareness, the funds that have been donated is just a welcome bonus.

“people have been very generous during the march and online, we should hopefully raise £300,000.

“We have been given cheques and £20 notes while we have been walking, a couple of children gave me £1 and some strawberry bon bons, both were very welcome.

“We are on the home straight. The only problem is its 50 miles long.”
