The pupils' parliament welcomes MP
Little learners at William Austin Infant School heard about life at the House of Commons when Luton North MP Kelvin Hopkins visited to talk about his experiences.'¨He met members of the William Austin Pupil Parliament who questioned him about his role and other jobs at the House.
Headteacher Mrs Bal Kang said: “The children and staff really enjoyed his visit and got a lot out of it. We may now have some future MPs in our midst.”
