A dancer is heading to The States to fulfil her dream of becoming an actress doing her own stunts.

Chloe Constantinou, 25, grew up in Luton and studied performing arts at Bedford College.

She moved to London and worked full time, auditioning for dance jobs on her holiday days, her first opportunity in the industry came with the Ministry of Sound.

Although she has performed across the world and danced on stage with Lady Gaga and One Direction, she is now pursuing her acting career.

She said: “I have performed on stage with so many amazing people, performing with Lady Gaga in India was the peak of my careers at that time.

“I also had the opportunity to dance on stage at the Britain’s Got Talent opening performance and on Saturday Night Takeaway, it felt great to stand next to Ant and Dec on set.

“I grew up watching them, they were really friendly and even more funny in real life.”

Chloe decided to uses her physical skills from dancing to help her in the acting industry.

She completed a stunt course in Australia last year and was cast for a lead in the remake of Blade, she graduated as best female stunt performer.

She said: “I prefer acting now, dancing was something I loved when I was young to express myself in a few moments.

“Now I prefer going through the imaginary scenarios, it is great fun feeling what it is like to live out unrealistic situations that do not ever really happen in real life, for example being able to escape a robbery by jumping into a car and doing a reverse 180 off into the distance.

“I have recently been cast for a Netflix series to be produced in LA, that is the next step for me, I am really excited.”
