A wall was vandalised in Luton in what is believed to be a racially motivated incident.

Between Monday 13 March and Saturday 18 March, a wall in Turners Road South, Luton, was vandalised and police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

PC Ryan Chandhar, investigating, said: “This was a needless act of vandalism and has caused the owners a great deal of stress. I am appealing to anyone with information, as well as any witnesses who might have seen anything suspicious in the area, to get in touch and help us find those responsible.

“Bedfordshire Police takes hate crime very seriously; it has no place in our society.”
