Boxfit duo take on the BUPA Great South Run

A great run by Dave Coard gave him ninth place in his age group at the BUPA Great South Run on Sunday.
Coard was accompanied by Boxfit Triathlon Club team-mate Martin Beare as they formed part of the 21,000-strong field for the biggest 10-mile race in Europe which took place in Portsmouth.
Coard came home in 1.04hrs as he finished 131st overall, while Beare, in his second 10-mile race in three days, clocked a decent time of 1.13hrs.
Both men were using the race as a warm-up for the Luton Marathon.
