Chloe finishes fourth at Harpenden Open

VAUXHALL Tennis Club youngster Chloe Gallagher enjoyed a busy week of action recently.

After playing in the Hazelwood Sports Club Grade tournament, she then finished fourth at the Harpenden Open.

Chloe won all of her group matches, before beating Maddie Mcloughlin and losing to Isabella Shirley, while she was defeated by Kimi Khehra in the play-off for third/fourth.

The eight-year-old was also in action at the Chesham Bois LTC Open Junior tournament, winning all her group matches before losing to Natalya Ogunwale in the quarter-finals.

Finally, Chloe took part in the Welwyn Junior Open, and after beating Jayson Mbogoro, Danyal Sheikh and Natalie Wagner, lost to Alexander Smith.
