Galliford debut shows everyone has a chance at Hatters

A BRIEF cameo for 15-year-old Isaac Galliford in Saturday’s 1-0 win against Leyton Orient was just reward for a stellar showing against AFC Rushden & Diamonds the night before, writes Mark Wood.

Boss Paul Buckle was so impressed with his performance he thrust him into the first team frame against the Os.

Buckle said: “I went to watch us play Rushden & Diamonds where we had a youth team, and I think the 15-year-old boy who came on he was exceptional last night.

“So I thought the reward was right today to put him in the squad and show the whole club is together.
