Hatters’ Wembley allocation almost sold out

TOWN’s supporters are being urged to snap up their Wembley tickets with only 1,500 of the club’s 27,936 remaining this morning.

Hatters fans have already bought 23,500 tickets for the clash with York City, but with the club setting aside 2,800 for players and their families, sponsors, and block bookings for local schools and clubs, there are now under 2,000 left.

Should Luton sell-out of this allocation then a decision - made jointly between the Football Conference and Wembley Stadium - will be made as to whether it would be viable to open the top tier of the stadium to accommodate further demand given the necessary stewarding that would be required.

Hatters fans are advised to make sure they book as soon as they can if they haven’t purchased tickets as it may mean the allocation will be completely sold out.

To buy tickets, telephone 0844 995 9662 or visit www.seetickets.com/luton.

Meanwhile, opponents York confirmed that as of Monday morning, they had sold 4,598 tickets for the match.
