Outgoing skipper believes Buckle is the man for Luton
Former Hatters skipper George Pilkington
FORMER Hatters skipper George Pilkington believes that Paul Buckle is the man to lead Luton Town back into the Football League, writes Mike Simmonds.
Pilkington was signed by Mick Harford in July 2008 and played under Richard Money and Gary Brabin, before Buckle took over last season
Although he has left the club to move to Mansfield, Pilkington said: “In my opinion he’s probably the strongest manager the club has had in my four years there.”
