HATTERS’ youngsters defied the freezing cold conditions as they succumbed to a 4-0 defeat against Barnet in the Youth Alliance South East Division on Saturday.

Barnet cleared their third generation astroturf training ground at The Hive as Luton played only their second competitive match in over two months.

Boss Paul Driver named a very young side for the clash with four U16s in the starting line up and a further four on the bench and, in the end, the age gap was a bit too much and Barnet ran out 4-0 winners.
