Walker won’t rule out Hatters move
Adam Walker (left) celebrates Nuneaton's goal at the weekend
Goalscoring Nuneaton Town midfielder Adam Walker refused to rule out moving to Kenilworth Road after helping Boro to a 1-1 draw in their FA Cup encounter on Saturday, writes Mark Wood.
The 21year-old midfielder has notched seven goals in 18 games this term and is in the final year of his degree course at Coventry University.
While admitting the original offer had come at a bad time with him finishing his dissertation, he revealed he wants to get back into full-time football following his release from Coventry City.
He said: “Luton are a massive club and it’s my ambition to go back into full-time football so we will just see how things go.
“I’ll never say never, so we will see what the future brings.”
