Hatters U18 boss Paul Driver praised the professionalism of striker Ricky Miller during the 2-2 draw with Bedford Town on Saturday.
While Luton were beating Royal Antwerp 4-0, Miller was part of a Luton XI side taking on the Southern Premier League side.
Driver said: “Ricky did very well, he put in a good shift.
“With the first team playing against Antwerp it could have been hard for him to come here - no disrespect to Bedford as they are a good team and gave us a good game on the pitch.
“It could have been easy for Ricky to be thinking about the first team, but he came and gave it his all.
“He even refused to come off as he wanted to play the full 90 minutes, so I am pleased with his attitude.”
