Luton Town have been made joint fourth favourites for the League Two title this season.
The odds, which were released by league sponsors Sky Bet this week, saw Town in at 14/1 alongside Northampton Town, who are close to announcing new owners.
Portsmouth are top despite struggling last year, with Oxford United second favourites and relegated Leyton Orient third.
After Hatters and the Cobblers come Bristol Rovers at 16/1, then Plymouth, Wycombe, Yeovil, Stevenage and Cambridge, all on 18/1.
On achieving promotion this season, Town are 3/1, while John Still’s side are 9/2 to finish in the top three and 11/8 to achieve a top seven finish.
Meanwhile, the club have announced their prices for the three home friendlies this season.
Hatters take on League One Coventry City on Saturday, July 25, before entertaining Championship side Brentford on Tuesday, July 28 and then Walsall the following weekend.
Prices for each friendly are £12 for adults, £6 for under-22s and over-65s and free for under 10s (maximum three per paid ticket).
Supporters can also take advantage of a friendly bundle for all three matches, which is £30 for adults and £15 for under-22s and over-65s.
The club have also confirmed that for the matches against Coventry and Brentford, the main stand and main stand enclosure will be open.
The Oak Road stand will also be open for segregated home support, while away fans will be allocated sections in the Oak Road end.
Reserved seating will apply only to the main stand and enclosure.
For the Walsall game, all areas of the ground will be open and reserved seating will apply, apart from the Oak Road end.
